The year 2022 has unarguably been an eventful one for all of humanity. This year marks the recovery of the global community from the devastating impacts and loss of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was in this same year that the global community started witnessing economic recession in the midst of conflicts and global supply chain disruption. Climate change-precipitated events and disasters did not spare us either. Nevertheless, there have been positive happenings in the midst of these unexpected challenges. The global common voice to switch to clean, and green renewable energy, a wake-up call to global peace and security, the need to boost domestic and international trade through different bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, increased investments in innovative startups, booming youth entrepreneurship, innovative solutions for boosting food safety and security, and a scintillating world cup event are few of the major milestones that paled out the crowds of gloom and despair.
Christmas holiday is celebrated by Christians all over the world to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas is a time of celebration, where people come together to exchange gifts, decorate their homes, and attend special church services. Many people also observe Christmas by singing carols, making traditional holiday foods, and spending time with friends and family. In many countries, Christmas is a public holiday, and people may have time off work or school to celebrate. The celebration of Christmas is marked by a variety of traditions, which vary widely among different cultures and regions.
